About Us

Who We are

Riley Lake Productions is a film and television production company centrally located in Northern Ontario Canada. Since our inception in 1997, we have produced just about everything under the sun. Over 200+ hours of broadcast television, commercials, music videos, corporate & industrial videos, documentaries and feature films.

Built on a strong editorial foundation, the company approaches every project with a focus on story, performance, and emotional clarity. This perspective allows projects to be shaped holistically—from development through post—ensuring creative intent is carried through every stage of production.

Production

Over the years, we have shot virtually everything under the sun. From action sports to music videos, feature films to live events. We’ve shot it all! In situations where specific shots are difficult to obtain, we can assist with out of the box thinking and real world experience for dynamic shot acquisition.

Aerial Cinematography (UAV/Drone)

Since 1997, we have captured aerial footage using both fixed-wing and rotary aircraft. As drone (UAV/RPAS) technology emerged, we seamlessly integrated it into our operations, applying our aviation experience to pre-visualize and execute shots with precision. We are fully insured and compliant with Transport Canada’s drone regulations.

Post Production

Since our incorporation in 1997, we have edited over 200 hours of broadcast television, along with a wide range of commercials, music videos, industrial content, documentaries, and feature films. Our post-production workflow utilizes Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro and After Effects, as well as Final Cut Pro and Logic Audio.

Working remotely, we provide both offline and online editing services, along with dialogue and music editing and sound design for film, television, documentaries, and feature-length projects.
